PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:
- Download UNWIND mobile app and book appointment
- Complete Intake Form if you are a first time client
- Bring a towel or one will be provided for a small fee
- Bring a water bottle
UPON ARRIVAL:
- Check in at front desk
- We promote a shoe-free environment so please remove your shoes as you will be provided with a pair of sanitized spa sandals
WHILE AT SPA:
- Shower prior to entering the hot tub or the cold plunges
- Dry off and change back into your dry clothes prior to utilizing the Biomat or Inner Cleanse Foot Detox
- Stay hydrated
EXITING SPA:
- Deposit used spa towels in laundry baskets
- Wipe or spray down used sandals and return to front desk
